Complete kit includes everything in the top end kit: head, base, reed, power valve, and exhaust gaskets where applicable, plus center crank case, inner and outer clutch cover, water pump, and any other gaskets to rebuild your engine where applicable.
Also included all oil seals excluding crank seals.
