Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the Shopping Cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major credit cards.

You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling There will be a £2.99 carriage charge for purchases totaling below £150. Carriage is free on purchases totalling £150 and upwards (Online UK mainland orders only.)

Delivery Schedule: We aim deliver your order right away. We will normally send your purchase within 48 hrs . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Returns: You have seven days from receipt of the goods in which to cancel your order. Any out of stock goods specially ordered are non returnable. Any goods ordered to the customers specification or customised are non returnable i.e. if you order a product with custom paint colour or components. All special orders which we class as items over £50 are returned to us with a 15% restocking charge. Please ask questions before purchasing as its such a large site mistakes can happen, ie pictures may differ slightly and prices are subject to change if in doubt please call. If you would like to return something thats no problem but postage charges will be your responsibilty. We do not offer a refund on postage.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
